LZA Retreat

Atisha Centre jointly hosted the one month Lama Zopa Rinpoche Australia Retreat in 2011.


The Atisha Centre, Thubten Shedrup Ling Monastery and the Great Stupa of Universal Compassion Bendigo, Australia jointly hosted a month of Lama Zopa Rinpoche’s precious teachings during April 2011. Shantideva’s Bodhicaryavatara - the Guide to the Bodhisattva’s Way of Life were taught during weeks one and two, followed by preparation for the transmission of the rare Rinjung Gyatsa Initiations during weeks three and four. 


The retreat is now over and the retreat organisers would like to thank all the many wonderful people who were involved in helping to run this retreat and also those who participated with such grace and dedication.
