The word Karuna means loving kindness or compassion, and is the wish to remove all mental and physical suffering from others.
We offer regular relaxation meditation sessions which can then be used at home. Meditations are held at Atisha Gifts, 324 Lyttelton Tce, Bendigo, Monday mornings during school term. The room opens at 10.30am and meditation commences at 11am.
