Buddhist meditation offers a range of techniques that help calm the mind. Each day most of us experience a ‘roller-coaster’ of emotions from feelings of happiness and contentment to sadness and frustration. Through meditation we can help ourselves experience and develop a more peaceful mind. For information, please call Atisha office 54463336. Recommences February, 2013.
