Buddhist Practice Day: July – Venerable Jampa
15/07/2017 @ 9:00 am - 4:00 pm AEST| $35.00
Venerable Jampa will lead this one day practice course, with a focus on the meditation aspects in our daily practice. He will guide us through how to set our motivation, how to meditate, show how to set up an altar, offer water bowls and prostrations as well as giving general advice on handling difficulties we might experience during our daily practice. He will discuss how to keep motivated and make the most of each day.
This workshop will provide us with the confidence to be able to perform these practices for ourselves and understand the meaning behind each one. Presented in a comfortable setting, this is a great opportunity for us to ask questions, and try and learn more about the different types of practices we do as Buddhists, hopefully leading to clearing away any doubts we may have regarding our general practice.
