These popular meditation retreats are perfect for beginners, including those with no experience with meditation whatsoever. The meditations will be guided and relatively short. Each session includes instruction, informal dialogue and opportunities for questions and discussion. Beginners are offered additional instruction and assistance, while for experienced meditators the day is an opportunity to refresh and deepen their practice.

Venerable Tsapel leads these retreats at a relaxed pace with an emphasis on kind awareness. Her approach to facilitation is warm and welcoming.


This retreat is open to people of all ages, all faiths
(or no faith), all levels of meditation experience.

Please bring your own lunch and refreshments.
