Every Tuesday at 5:45pm we offer guided meditation in:
The Anderson Room, next to…
St. Paul’s Anglican Cathedral
(entry by the rear of the building – Bush’s Lane off Mollison Street.)
Buddhist meditation offers different techniques for calming the mind. Every day we experience a huge roller-coaster of emotions: feelings of happiness and contentment, sadness and frustration. Through meditation we can develop a more peaceful and controlled mind, enabling a more meaningful life.
These evenings of guided meditation are perfect for beginners, including those with no experience with meditation whatsoever. This is an excellent opportunity just to sit with your mind in a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere.
A great way to unwind after a busy day!
Cost is by donation only ~ Chairs and cushions are provided.
